It should read: https://admin.cwfservice.net/site/index.jsp?partnerid=109&customerid=MSR#####, with the ##### being the last five digits of your license key. If this is missing or incorrect, you can have us send you a new link by e-mailing us at Websentinel@mstar.net. The second reason for an error is that an incorrect user name or password were used. 4.7 How does the filtering on Web Senintel work? A. Web Sentinel filtering works by assigning Web pages into categories, which the user can choose to block or allow. There are three steps we use to insure that each page is rated correctly. First, Web Sentinel uses the worlds most accurate database of rated sites. A Web site will be blocked or allowed depending upon the category assigned and a users filtering policy. Second, Web Sentinel uses Dynamic Real Time Rating to assign pages that are not in the database the appropriate rating as they are being processed. DRTR uses context based page analysis to insure that over blocking does not occur. Finally, a user can submit a site that has been incorrectly rated to filter@mstar.net, to have the site human reviewed. The site will then be re-rated and updated that day.
4.8 I have a different logon on my compuer for everyone in my family. How do I view reporting for each user name? A. On your start menu find MSTAR Web Sentinel and select the Configure Web Sentinel option. Enter your password to continue. Leave your License Code as is, but delete any User name entered. The next time you restart your computer, Web Sentinel will use the user name in this format: computer name-user name. The next time you logon to the Filtering Administration page, click on the reporting tab, then the single user report tab. You can then view reports by user name.
